After listing with wedding champs how can I contact new clients?

Brides & Grooms who are planning their wedding, visit wedding champs and browse different wedding categories & vendor listings. If they like your profile & details, they will contact you by filling up the contact form on your profile page. The clients can also call wedding champs and we pass their details to you same day.

How does get multiple quotes works?

The process is simple.

Brides / grooms will fill up the online form looking for multiple quotes & proposals.
We will contact them to verify the details & qualify the enquiry.
Based on the enquiry details – we will forward the enquiry to listed businesses online via email notification. Premium vendors will be given priority.
Vendors can log in their profiles & access the details

How will I receive the enquiries?

You will need to login to your profile first & the enquiry details will be there in the inbox. If you dont remember your username or password,

Why are my contact details not mentioned in my profile?

This is a premium listing feature. Bride grooms will contact wedding champs about your listing & we will forward you the clients details on the same business day. We want to ensure our clients are getting quick response & the best service possible. This also helps us analyse your listing & track performance to improve our service.

What is the image size for the listings?

Vendor Logo size : 1000px Width x 430px Height

How can I change my profile on wedding champs?

How many wedding inquiries can we expect in a month?

This depends on many factors like, season – month of the year, how well your profile is listed with good images, elaborate descriptions & deals if any. Its easier for premium listings to get more enquiries as your profile is visible more often.

How will you ensure the quality of the leads?

We call each wedding enquiry to verify their details & qualify before forwarding them to you

Can I get exclusive wedding enquiries?

If the wedding couple fills up the form or calls for your profile, that enquiries goes exclusively to you. If the client wants to get multiple quotations than that enquiry goes to multiple vendors. We can’t do exclusive lead sharing in the 2nd case as requirement is for multiple quotes.

Why I need to write unique 300 words content for my profile?

An incomplete profile gathers no mass. It is important to describe your business and services with unique content. Copy & pasting the content from your own website is not allowed as we need unique and fresh content about your business. This helps rank your profile better & get more traffic & enquiries for you. 300 words is just about right.
